Have a phone conversation this is my number 1 must do with every client I am going to work for. I want to make sure all expectations are addresses.
4.List to the professionals recommendations for your event, yes you are the party planner but might not know how magic or hypnosis will fit into your event. So make sure you take the advise of the magician of when it's best incorporate the magic into your event. Also what type of show will best suit the needs of your event.
